This initiative aims to support the personal and professional growth of ONE deserving individual each year, empowering them to make a positive impact within their team, organisation, family, wider community and the world.
Personnel within the financial services industry play a pivotal role in shaping the global economy, as well as supporting and accelerating the UN Sustainable Development Goals . They have the potential to be catalysts for positive change, and I believe it is our responsibility as coaches to support the development and growth of this population. By offering this award programme, I aim to nurture high potential individuals within Financial Services, and equip them with the necessary tools to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
Coaching has proven to be an effective tool in driving personal and professional growth. It enables individuals to gain clarity, set meaningful goals, develop new skills, and overcome challenges. By providing a safe and empowering environment, coaching unlocks untapped potential and fosters self-awareness, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Eligibility: Applicants must be employed within the financial services industry sector, with a keen interest in making a difference, with a minimum of FIVE years of experience within Financial Services.
Application Process: Interested individuals will need to submit the application form below, outlining why they believe that they themselves, their team, their organisation, their family, their wider community and the world would benefit from them receiving this coaching award.
Selection Process: The most deserving candidate will be selected based on the strength of their application and their potential to create a positive impact. The selection process will be undertaken by independent, senior leaders within the financial services industry sector.
Language and Medium: The coaching sessions will be conducted in English and will be held virtually to ensure accessibility and convenience.
Coaching Programme: The coaching programme will consist of 6, two hour coaching sessions over a period of 12 months with final session to be held in December 2024.

ALL Applications must be received by 17:00 (GMT) on Monday 4th December, with commencement of programme in January 2024. The successful applicant will be notified on December 21st, 2023.
